Interview with one of the original Sacred Name Elders

         W. L. Bodine

At Tabernacles 1982, at Rocheport, MO, the brotherhood was blessed with a visit from Elder W. L. Bodine of Arkansas. His fiery sermon on Bible prophecy electrified us. Brother M. A. Banak of Chicago managed to catch up with him at the motel nearby, and got a 2 hour interview.

The lady you hear in the background is his second wife (his first wife had passed away), and she chimes in on occasion.

In the course of the interview, I press the matter of Miracles through the Holy Spirit. Though Elder Bodine’s answers were minimally adequate for me, my quest for satisfaction in this matter came when I found the Congregacion De Yahweh of Puerto Rico. But that is another story.
